What companies ask us
What is a temporary employment agency?
A company licensed to hire professionals and assign them temporarily to other companies. i9Team holds licence no. 1041/26: we sign an assignment contract with you and are the employer of the assigned professionals.
What's the difference between temporary work and outsourcing?
With temporary work, the professionals work under your company's direction. With outsourcing, i9Team takes on the crew and manages the work — a formwork crew, for example — and your company oversees the result.
How long does it take to get a crew on site?
It depends on the trades, the number of people and the location. When we receive your request, we state the timing in the proposal.
Do the professionals have safety training?
i9Team is a DGERT-certified training provider, including in occupational health and safety, and can provide the crew with specific training before they start on site.
What documentation do I receive?
The assignment contract and the documentation required by law for assigning the professionals. Our compliance page has the licence, the certification and our commitments.
